Question:

I have a 2009 GMC Sierra 3500HD extended cab with an 8foot bed. I carry a slide in camper. When I am trying to load the camper usually by myself it is almost impossible to do without another set of eyes as you can not see the base of the truck bed do to the length of the extended cab. Will the Hopkins mount to the rear wall of the cab and give a good view to the end of the bed or can you make another recommendation.

I have a better solution for you. The Swift Hitch Camera # 04928 can be mounted virtually anywhere so it would be a great choice for you so that you can put it exactly where you need it.

The # HM50002 is attached to a license plate frame so it would not be ideal for you.
