I GOT A TRAILER WITH NO VIN# , ONLY LIC PLATE # WITH LAST 8 NUMBERS OF VIN # ON REGISTRATION TAG , TITLE IS LOST.

If you are unable to find the VIN on your trailer, you can take the trailer to a state patrol inspection station and have new paperwork generated.
