Hitch Recommendation for a 1999 Chevy 3500 on a Cab and Chassis Frame

Question:
I have a 99 chevy 3500HD cab and chasis with dual tanks and a 34inch frame the broken hitch I need to replace has 3 bolt holes per side and a 9inch cut out for the spring hanger. Will this model work in this application?

The Draw Tite hitch part # 41947 has been confirmed as a fit for your 1999 Chevy 3500 that is built on a cab and chassis frame that is 34 inches apart. It has the cutout in the mounting flange to clear the spring hanger like you said you needed as well.
