I purchased a Swagman S64663 bike rack to put on my RV. The bumper hitch will not work on my Thor 2014 motor coach. If I purchase the Swagman P325 XC Bent Towing Receiver Part? Will it go on my 64663 Rack? Then if I get your 80232 will it mount to my RV hitch. Then will I be able to pull a car on a car dolly and also have the bike mounted to the RV?

I spoke with my contact at Swagman and yes, the Bent Towing Receiver, # SP325, can be used with your Swagman Platform-Style 2 Bike Rack, # S64663.
The Bent Towing Receiver, # SP325, is designed to slide over 2-inch square ball mounts so it will work with the Brophy Ball Mount, # EA40.
As for being able to pull a car on a dolly and also have the bike mounted to the RV, you will want to check the tongue weight and towing capacity of your RV as well as the capacity of the hitch. Your towing set-up is only as strong as its weakest link so you will be bound by the component with the lowest weight rating.
