Fabric-type cargo carriers like this generally do not include locks since a determined thief would just cut open the bag. However, we do offer locking rooftop cargo carriers, the tough ABS plastic box type like Thule's Pulse Large Locking Cargo Box # TH615.
The Pulse includes oversize locks, offers a 16-cubic-foot (110-lb) cargo capacity and fits on just about all roof rack crossbars, including most factory-installed car roof racks.
