Question:
One of the lock pins in my 2 trailer hitch with weight dristribution bars is rusted in place. Can I buy two replacement lock pins

It sounds like you are looking for a replacement locking hitch pin since you said the lock pin of your hitch.
For a locking hitch pin I would recommend the Bulldog Trailer Hitch Lock part # BD580402 as it is stainless steel which is rustproof.
