Hollywood Racks does not recommend any of their racks for your 2005 Volvo C70 Convertible. Instead, I would recommend the Thule OutWay Trunk Bike Rack for 3 Bikes # TH56BV. This trunk rack is perfect for carrying 3 bikes on your convertible. It attaches easily with 2 rubber-coated straps that let you raise your trunk or hatch without removing it from your Volvo XC70. It even works well with most spoilers.

The OutWay is by far the easiest trunk mounted rack to use since it uses only 2 straps instead of the 4-6 straps of others.

Even though the adjustable arms of the OutWay deminish the need for adapter bars, it is still a good idea to use them. You may find that you still need a bike rack adapter bar like part # HRBA-PRO if you are using the bike rack for a women's bike, since the women's bike frame can be very slanted. The adapter bar would allow a women's bike to sit level on the rack by creating a straight top bar between the handle bars and the seat.

Will this also work on the 2011 C70

At this time, Yakima does not have any fits for a 2011 Volvo C70. A hitch and hitch mounted bike rack may be your best bet. Curt offers a hitch for the T5 Convertible models of the 2011 C70. It is part C11065.
