I have a Rhode Gear bike hitch mount and the rubber straps have dry rotted. Is this product compatible with Rhode Gear as a replacement for the straps?

The Yakima Replacement Rubber Chain Straps for Yakima Bike Racks, part # 8890221 that you referenced, would probably work okay on your Rhode Gear rack. We have had customers confirm the fit.
