Question:
I am looking for a replacement harness with 7 way and 4 flat for a 2000 F250. The connector on the back of the factory 7 way is damaged and need to go all the way to the factory harness by the spare tire. Is there a harness for this that does not require splicing?

The two parts you will need to replace your damaged 7-way on your 2000 Ford F-250 and add a 4-flat connector to the rear of your vehicle is the Tow Ready Custom Fit Vehicle Wiring for the 2000 Ford F 250 and F 350 Super Duty, # 118243, and the Hopkins Pollak 7- and 4-Pole Trailer Connector Socket w/ Mounting Bracket - Vehicle End, # HM40975.
The Tow Ready harness # 118243 is an exact replacement for the damaged OEM Wiring Harness and connects directly to the Standard OEM Connector. It comes with a 7-way connector, but you will plug the wiring harness into the Hopkins connector # HM40975. This connector would mount on the rear of the vehicle with supplied bracket and hardware and give you the 4-pole and 7-way you wanted on the rear of your vehicle. It eliminates the need for an adapter and allows you to tow with either a 7 way or 4-pole plug.
I went out to our warehouse and measured the length of the Tow Ready # 118243 harness (not including the connectors) and it measured 25-1/2 inches. If you can measure your harness from where the wire comes out of the connector to where it goes in the other connector and it is 25-1/2 inches or less it should work fine.
