if i use the larger long no drill brackets,will measurements remain the same to back rail on my 2014-f-150

There are a couple of custom 5th wheel installation kits that use long frame mount brackets for your 2014 Ford F-150. But the only one from Husky that fits your truck is # HT31564-686 and it measures 26-1/4 inches from the back edge of the bed to the back for the REAR rail.
Curt kit # C16441-204 measures 50-15/16 inches from the rear edge of the bed to the back of the FRONT rail (some times you will see a measurement to the front rail instead of to the back rail). This puts the centerline of the hitch 2-1/4 inches forward of the center of the rear axle.
Reese has # RP50081-58 and measures 50-15/16 inches from the rear edge of the bed to the back of the FRONT rail. Centerline of hitch will be 2-1/4 inches forward of the center of the rear axle on this one as well.
