I spoke with my Rhino Rack representative, who tells me that their Universal Side Loader # RR-RUSL isn't compatible with OEM roof rack crossbars like those on your 2015 Nissan Xterra.
You would first need to install the Rhino Rack Roof Rack that consists of part numbers #
RRVA118B-2 and # RRSX008 and you would be ready to use the # RR-RUSL.
