I have just the thing for you. Take a look at the Hopkins 7 way to 5 way adapter # HM47075. The adapter plugs into a 7-Way blade style on the truck and has a 5-Way flat at the back to plug in any trailer that uses a 5-Way flat.

The Bargman 7-Way Molded Trailer Wire Connector #H20043 is 4 feet long. We also have the coiled 6 foot #WG54006-043 and the coiled 12 foot #WG54006-046 if you prefer a coiled cord.
