Will the magnet stick to Toy Hauler which is 100 aluminum except the axles and wheels? If not, is there any other solution like Valcro?

A magnet will only stick to ferrous (iron-containing) metal. It will not stick to aluminum.
I'd be leery of trusting hook and loop fasteners for this application. I'm not convinced they'd be strong enough to hold the camera securely in place. I'd consider fastening a small piece of steel plate to the Toy Hauler, which would provide a good mounting spot for the camera.
You might also consider going with a different camera system, like the Swift Hitch # 04928. This system also uses a magnetic camera, but it also provides holes that would allow you to use screws to fasten it in place. The Swift Hitch camera also has night vision capability.
