Question:
The description mentions the electric lockout operation, but is there also a manual lockout similar to the 7500 hitch? No mention of any manual method in the write-up. Thanks

The Titan Zinc-Plated, Leverlock Brake Actuator w/ Electric Lockout # T4715420 that you referenced has an electric lockout solenoid built into the back of the actuator. There isn't a manual lock out feature for this coupler. The lever at the top of the coupler is a breakaway lever that will apply the trailer's brakes if it were to become uncoupled from the tow vehicle.
One wire of the solenoid will run to the reverse light circuit of your trailer wiring and the other to a ground so that the solenoid activates when the vehicle is in reverse.
