Yes, the base portion of the Rack 'Em Manufacturing Removable Wheel Chock # RA-17 is included with the chock. The base installs with user-supplied hardware (8 fasteners are needed) and the chock can be easily removed, leaving only the base on the deck of your trailer. This item will accept wheel widths up to 6-1/2-inches.
You may want to consider tie down straps like # SLLS18RSR to help secure your bike.
