Can the Sidewinder 5th Wheel King Pin Move when not in use to Create Additional Space in Garage

Question:
When not towing and in park position can the sidewinder hitch be swung manually to essentially shorten the garage length of the trailer.

It's incredibly difficult to move a Sidewinder hitch like # RP34FR by hand and there isn't a tool to adjust it.
Unfortunately is wasn't made to move by hand and I wouldn't recommend using any type of tool to hit it.
