Your picture shows 2802 as the lock core number so you will need Replacement Key, # THKEYN2802.
As for Replacement Latch, # 03347, this latch fits the SportRack Explorer Cargo Box as well as the Karrite 7251 Cargo Carrier.
SportRack does offer the Explorer Roof Mounting Hardware Kit, # SR05587, if you are needing multiple replacement parts.
