I am trying to choose a receiver hitch for a new Volvo V60 CrossCountry. Can you detail the difference between the Curt 2receiver 13266 And DrawTite 2inch Receiver 75916 also, Do you have weight specs for the two hitches?

Between the two hitches you referenced that are both confirmed to fit your 2015 Volvo V60 the biggest differences are that the Draw Tite Hitch part # 75916 has a 400 lb tongue weight capacity as well as a 4,000 lb total trailer weight capacity. Whereas the Curt # 13266 has a 350 lb tongue weight capacity and a 3,500 lb trailer weight capacity.
Also, the Draw Tite hitch does not require the use of a stabilizer strap when carrying a non-supported load like a bike rack or cargo carrier. The Curt hitch does require the strap, part # 18050.
Because of these two things I would recommend the Draw Tite hitch.
