I have a Toyota 2009 Rav 4 SUV. What Spare Tire Rack would be the best ion.

The spare tire bike rack that I would recommend for your 2009 Toyota Rav4 is the Thule Spare Me 2 Bike Carrier - Spare Tire Mount, item # TH963PRO. This rack is designed to fit your vehicle as long as the original spare tire is in place or, if a larger spare has been added, the measurement from the back of the wheel, where it sets against the spare tire mount, is 5-1/4 inches or less. The old TH963 rack will not work on the 2009 Rav4 but the newer # TH963PRO is newly designed to work on your SUV.
The new # TH963PRO bike rack also comes with a locking knob to secure the rack to the back of the vehicle.
To secure the bikes to the rack you could use Thule Cable Lock, 6 foot, item # TH538.
The SportRack 3 Bike Tire Mount Bike Rack, item # A30813STL, is not compatible with the 2006-2010 Toyota RAV4.
