Hello.. I just purchased a 2015 Nissan Frontier Pro4x I want to install part 118266 7 pin harness. Will this plug work for the 2015? Thanks.

The TowReady Wiring Harness # 118266 that you referenced is a fit for the 2005 - 2016 Nissan Frontier.

We also offer a 4-pole flat wiring harness that is a confirmed fit for your Frontier. Curt's Custom Fit Vehicle Wiring # C55441 is a 4-pole flat trailer connector that plugs in to a connection point behind rear bumper.

If you need to convert this to a 7-way round RV-style vehicle socket you can use TowReady # 30717. This simply plugs into the 4-pole and includes 3 pigtail leads - yellow, blue and black - for making the additional circuit connections for a reverse lockout, electric trailer brakes and 12V trailer power. Please refer to the photo I have linked for you which illustrates the circuits carried on these three pigtail leads.
