Will the basket attach directly to the xterra rack crossbars?

The SportRack cargo basket # SR9035 will fit crossbars that are up to 3-1/2 inches in diameter.
I know that the bars on the 2004 Nissan Xterra are large and not a lot of things will fit. I checked some other baskets and the Yakima LoadWarrior, # Y07070, and MegaWarrior, # Y07080, are also listed as direct fits.
