The Curt Front Hitch # 33055 and the Draw Tite Hitch part # 65001 have both been confirmed to fit your 2004 Ford E450 motorhome Class C. Either will work just as well as the other as they both install the same and have the same capacities, but I would go with the Curt because it has a better price and more reviews on it.
