You will need to measure the crossbars that run side to side on your 2006 Nissan Frontier to determine if the Rhino-Rack cargo basket # RMCB will fit. Measure the width of the bars and the distance between them on center.
The basket will fit crossbars up to 3-1/2 x 1-1/2 inches. And it will fit crossbar spreads of 21 to 30 inches on center. Rhino-Rack does not list fit information for this basket so measuring is key.
Yakima has a basket that is listed as a direct fit on your Frontier. It is the LoadWarrior, # Y07070. I have linked a video review of this basket for you.
