Can you purchase the mounts and the hardware without the rails? Or is it all or nothing? Thanks.

You can get the 5th wheel installation kits brackets and hardware separately from the rails. You can use bracket kit # RP50054. You will also need hardware kit # RP58430 to attach the rails to the brackets. The brackets come with the hardware to mount them to the truck frame.
