In regards to the Fulton FXP10 trailer jackwill this fit a 2 inch wide by 3 inch tall frame? Thanks!!

Yes, the Fulton Trailer Jack # FXP10 that you referenced can fit trailer frames up to 3" by 5" so it would work well on your frame that is 2 inch by 3 inch.
