is the above hitch suitable for no drill class 1 installation? Required installation time?

The Curt Class I hitch # 11699, for a 2008 Honda Element with single exhaust, does require some widening to enlarge existing access holes on the vehicle. No new holes will have to be drilled. For installation you are looking at about 40 minutes. I have included a link to the instructions below.
