Will part #RP66009 trunnion spring bar work with the old style/original dual cam sway control?

Yes, trunnion spring bar # RP66009 is compatible with all versions of the Reese dual-cam sway control. There have been slight changes in the dual-cam systems over the years but the trunnion bars with the hook end are compatible with all of them.
