Hi everybody my name is Andy with etrailer.com. And today we're gonna be taking a look at Coghlan's 10 inch long steel tent, nail pegs. Now these nail pegs are ideal for anchoring your tent, your sun shade, your awnings or even your tarps. Let's take a closer look at them. And as you can see, these are made out of heavy duty steel construction and what I'm doing here is kind of giving that a, try and give it a little bit of a flex and it's not budging. Made out of a nice high quality steel that will enable these pegs to penetrate the hardest ground.

It has a nice, a relatively sharp point here at the bottom and that will allow these to be driven through virtually any kind of soil conditions. Now, as you can see from this top mounting point, this gives you the ability to easily pull these pegs up from the ground when you're done with them and ready to remove them. But also, we see that there is a places to where you can attach ropes or to secure floor loops. And another nice option is they are bright orange and so they will be easily visible in the ground when you're ready to remove these pegs or to prevent you from tripping over them. It also has a head of about an inch and a half in diameter that gives you plenty of surface space to pound these into the ground.

You can use that with a, ideally a rubber mallet to drive that into the ground. And the overall length of these is, as we have stated, 10 inches long. So from the point to our top mounting point, we're sitting right at 10 inches and the length of the top mounting point itself is sitting right at about an inch and seven to eight. It's pretty close to two inches there. Just kind of give you an idea of that.
