simple design makes for easy installation; re:crossbars, make sure you are getting the right length (e.g. for my truck, Wingbars work fine for the roof, but the bed is wide enough, only Probars work there).
Excellent and constant communication with my backorder and very easy user interface to purchase and track.
I received the Thule kit I needed. UPS had a hiccup in shipping BUT William and E Trailer issued a big credit towards shipping costs
