Hi everyone. Aiden here with etrailer. Today we're taking a look at and showing you how to replace your windshield wipers on your 2022 Ram 1500. This is going to be our Michelin wiper blade. It's a hybrid style. It's that frame style, if you can kind of see underneath here.
And it's going to have a rubber boot over the top of it to guard all of those gaps in there and protect it from snow. It's gonna be good for those winter months. 24 inches long and it directly replaces the one that we've got on our Ram right now. Getting the old one removed is really simple. Just lay down a towel to protect your windshield, in case anything falls.
And then to remove the old one, we've just got a tab at the bottom that I'll press, and then push down to release this from the hook. Holding these up side by side you can kind of see the difference just in size and how this one will work better for snow and ice. Just preventing all of that from gunking up inside the blade or just being able to easier push snow out of the way. We'll just hook this on the same way we removed the old one. You'll feel it kind of click into place.
That's perfect right there and I can set it down and give it a test. The original ones are still on the passenger side, and seeing them in action, everything's running smoothly, and they're not leaving any streaks behind, which is great. On the passenger side, I did notice a little bit of streakiness, but nothing too crazy. These ones probably didn't need to be replaced. But it's a good idea to do regular maintenance on your wiper blades to ensure that your windshield is always clean, especially in those winter months.
We get a lot of snow here in Missouri, and I know I've run into that to that situation before where I really needed something that's better suited for the winter months. So for me, I think this would be a really nice option. And I think it's gonna work really well on your Ram here. Thanks for watching..

Wiper blade was right size, it didn’t come with adapter I needed to fit onto my car. Customer service was extremely helpful in helping me identify the adapter I needed and getting it to me quickly at no charge. I will definitely use etrailer again.
I will purchase these wipers again.
So far they have been flawless, they work well in light to heavy rain and a little mud
Feel apart after about a month on my 99 2500 Dodge Ram. Big pieces of crap. Easy to install. Paid good money for them at etrailer.
I haven’t installed the wiper blades yet but find the quality of the product to be very good. The look of it was exactly that of my current Toyota Camry wiper blades. The only thing that was different was that they didn’t have the logo on them.
High quality product. But it’s about an inch higher than my previous wiper blades, so they don’t tuck in out of site anymore on my Golf. But since they’re so nice, it’s not annoying enough to buy a different pair.
