Speaker 1: Today we'll be taking a look at the ClearPlus Winter Windshield Wiper blade line. Stay one step ahead of winter with our ClearPlus winter wiper blades. The larger wiping element is going to push slushy ice and snow off of your windshield much easier that all-season wiper blades. The heavy duty steel construction, combined with the synthetic rubber boot, is going to give us all-season protection.Now, the synthetic rubber's not only going to hold up to the elements, but it's also going to provide extra protection when our wipers are exposed to ice scrapers or even car washes. Our wiper is going to work with a variety of different arm styles. It's going to work with a 3/4" large hook, a 1/2" small hook, the 1/4" side pin, as well as a 3/16 pin.If you're looking for a windshield wiper, either to replace your old ones, or just to stay one step ahead of the winter season, our ClearPlus winter blades are going to get you down the road safely and be able to see clearly through your windshield.If you're noticing that your wiper blades just aren't wiping as well, or if they're streaking, it may be time to replace them.

Now, we have our new one as well as one of our old ones, and if you look closely you can kind of see the wiping element itself is starting to fold over. If that's starting to happen, it is going to be time for you to replace your wiper blades, because if it's already folding over, it's not going to be able to wipe as clean.You can see with our new one, it's going to be nice and straight. And compared to the old one, it has a much larger wiping profile on it. Our wiper blades do come in a quantity of one, so go ahead and make sure you use the same part number and order two of them.Today we're going to be working with the 22" blade, since our vehicle does take that. Now, just make sure you see our fit guide for your specific application.

So, we already have the driver's side installed.Let's go ahead and put the passenger side on together. Typically, we can lift up our wiper blade, and we can flip it over. There's typically going to be a small tab. We're going to push in on that tab and slide the wiper down and slide it off the hook. Now, I do want to mention you want to be extremely careful with the wiper arm.

You want to gently push it down, not to damage your windshield.Now, if we grab our new blade, we're going to notice that we're going to have somewhat of a squarish section, and the clip in the middle is going to have that same push button tab. And then on the other end, it's going to have more of a rounded section. That rounded section is where that hook is going to grab onto. So, we can grab our wiper arm. We're going to put the hook into the channel, and then we're just going to pull it snug until it locks into place.With our blades installed, we can go ahead and spray our windshield down with some washer fluid and make sure that they're working and they're not going to streak.

Speaker 4: The design of it is definitely different. Speaker 2: That boot'll keep the wiper blade from becoming all iced up and not being able to move, so it'll stay contoured to the windshield through the whole wipe as you're going down the road and you're hitting snow and ice, freezing rain or whatever. So, compared to other blades that we have, what do you think the benefits these . Speaker 4: I mean, if you're in a wintery climate a lot, maybe not even a lot, in the mountains even, it's going to be a must-have. Not so much if you're in a dryer climate, though. Speaker 2: Right. Yeah, I think these would be good, you know, for somebody that works in the wintertime, always traveling in their vehicle, stuff like that. Trucks, vans, things like that.So, what are some reasons to buy these Speaker 5: Solid winter protection. Speaker 4: Yeah, eventually you're gonna need one. Wiper blades. Or if, you know, you're destined for that area of the world, you need winter ones. I mean, it's a good quality blade. They appear to be well made.
