I have set up an appointment to have a Tekonsha P3 brake controller installed by the folks at eTRAILER. I'll let you know how that goes after the installation. The eTrailer rep that helped me over the phone was very helpful with the sale of the controller and details of how it gets installed and what wiring I needed.

I didn't go with etrailer for my purchase but it wasn't due to anything your sales rep did wrong. I went with a another company because I knew a friend that worked for this company and as a show of support I went with the company he works for.

etrailer.com was great! I dropped off my vehicle the night before and used their locked drop box and picked it up the next evening with everything installed. It looks great and I had a hassle free experience.
