I was contacted within hours. Met with the manager the next day and was quoted so price. Now scheduled for the needed repairs.

Bob from Safety Check was very helpful in sharing a lot of information with me regarding the installation and function of the Redarc trailer brake monitoring system. Although I did not use his service (since a friend of mine helped me install the system myself), he was very patient and generous with his time. Should the need arise, I would be happy to use the services of Safety Check in the areas of their expertise.

Dear eTrailer: I cannot complement you enough for the manner in which you conduct your business, the quality of the products you offer and the installation service network that you have established. I accessed your website, answered three questions (make, model and year of my vehicle) and was immediately directed to the exact towing hitch and accessories I required including a DIY video demonstrating exactly how the hitch should be installed in my vehicle. Called back and I guess the receptionist took my call and I asked to speak to Bob who reached out initially to me. He was not in and the lady who took my info then informed me that Bob would get back to me ……. Haven’t heard from Bob or anyone else! Noticed in some previously posted reviews that communications there are lacking…. Maybe better for me to seek service elsewhere!

I searched all over Maryland trying to find someone knowledgeable to help with my newly purchased, used converted camper van. As someone with limited knowledge of van systems, I was concerned that my batteries were failing and wasn’t sure if the issue was with the battery setup or if I needed more solar power. Thankfully, I found Bob Wilt and his team at Safety Check. They were incredibly polite, patient, and thorough. Bob took the time to answer all of my (many!) questions, carefully diagnosed the issues with my van, and corrected the problems efficiently and professionally. Given how specialized this type of work is, Bob could easily charge premium prices—but he doesn't. For the time, effort, and expertise he brought to the table, his pricing was more than fair. In fact, I was so impressed that I’ve already recommended him to three friends. I’ll absolutely be using Bob and Safety Check again.
