Installer was professional and personable. Job was done - hitch now installed and I checked after a week, still as solid as it coulld be. Rack installed, new Aventon Level 3 delivered - waiting for the rack to be delivered. Commercial Van Solutions is an installer I would reccomend to anyone in the SE PA region, quick reliable install at a reasonable price. I could not ahve asked for a better experience - A 5* installer.

when I called for info about installation the tech was professional and helpful I informed him that I was very interested in an install. I also said that it would be awhile until we could do it was told to call when ready and the install will be done it was decent to talk to someone who was willing to listenand be helpful
