They work on all vehicles - not just hybrids, and installed the hitch on my Mini Countryman for much less than other local body shops - in fact, 50% less than another quote. Got an appointment 2 days out from calling, started right on time and finished early - less than 1 hour. Nice if cramped waiting area, with chargers, puzzles and a bathroom. Great local business- highly recommended
