Loved the quick shipping. Only had a few days to get this and it arrived with 1 day to spare. Had it installed at the dealer's, took a couple of hours. Hauled a heavy trailer over 400 miles with no problems. Worked great.

Moderately easy install for a a single person working off the floor under the truck. Parts are heaving making it more difficult to do alone. But very well built and fits great. Directions were clear. Might note the the factory GM mounting brackets for 5th wheel bed rails need to be removed prior to getting started. Haven’t towed with it yet. Plan to use it in conjunction with a B&W companion.

The B&W Ball and Safety chain kit is fantastic! Really high quality manufacturing, super easy to install, and comes with a nice case for storage. The parts are heavy and really strong, and especially nice is the handle for easy, CLEAN installation and removal of the ball. Each piece fits nicely into the puck system on our GMC 3500HD, without a lot of extra room, making it more solid under load. etrailer sent this to us immediately, really great service. We are extremely happy with this product.

Product is very good I’ve installed several of these hitches but this time the packaging was terrible. The crossmember bars were hanging out of the box the bolt packages were opened and I was missing bolt hardware to install the hitch. The wires used to pull the bolts through the frame one of them looked like it had been used and was all deformed to the point I couldn’t use it. Not sure if this was a restock hitch or what put all the packaging was terrible and missing parts.

Good product. East to install. Follow the directions implicitly. Done right, a simple setup. Be careful of the lines and wiring when lifting the center section into place. All in all, good buy for a good price.

Ordered on Friday, received it Monday. Was exactly what I needed and fits great. On a side note I called the office with a question on my fifth wheel rails, she took the time to look the. Up and email me the info I needed. I will be using them for ANY parts or accessories I need.

I really like the convenience of this interchangeable hitch. I have the fifth wheel hitch and the goose neck hitch.

The install was slightly more difficult on this curt hitch than the BW hitch, but this one was on sale at the time so I chose to give this one a try. Both styles give you a little workout but the hardware package is easier to work with on the BW hitch

I bought this Curt Gooseneck Hitch For my new 2020 Chevy HD Silverado Standard Bed Duramax. I did the install myself, in my garage and without the use of a lift. I spent about 8 hours to get it done. The parts are heavy, so take that into account if you’re wanting to do it yourself. Watching a Curt install video during the process was key to installing it successfully. Only thing I would suggest during the install, and for the driver’s side only, is to loosen the rearward gas tank strap, which allows a little more room for fishing the one inside frame retaining plate and bolt. Very happy with the quality of this hitch and of the price from etrailer.

Etrailer is awesome, not so much for this product. My first and primary issue is that the safety chain u-bolts are positioned to close to the angle iron brackets to allow clearance for them to freely move up and down with the nuts installed (see photos). I can force them up from below with a hammer and stomped them back down from above. This problem is made worse due to the proximity to the ball, if I dont ensure they arent stomped down as much as possible they would interfere with my coupler when turning. I'm honestly still worried about interference if I find myself in any off camber turn. The other problem I have isnt the fault of the hitch, but now that its installed it is still much more intrusive to the bed space when folded flat than I anticipated. In the past I've had under bed mount balls, this being a work truck I thought the cheaper option would work but I regret that decision.

2021 Sierra 2500 standard box. Item arrived pretty quick with all parts included and no damage. Instructions for the install are, in my opinion, not very detailed and left me having to figure several things out on my own. Biggest pain was having to drop the fuel tank a few inches to access the hole in the driver-side frame rail to fish wire the one bolt for the side plate. Unsure why this info was missing as I would imagine anyone installing this on the same truck would have the same issue of not having enough clearance for the fish wire procedure. The front and rear rails are 0.25” in length different and are not labeled - be prepared to measure and appropriately install in the correct position with the holes closer to the bottom (this is poorly referenced in the instructions and leaves additional room for error and time). The install took me about 7 hours (no help). Finished product is nice and sturdy. The ball ends up being about 4-5” forward the rear axle. I tried to find this info prior to purchasing, but could not. I use an extang hard tri-fold tonneau cover that does not flip fully up toward the cab and was concerned I would have to remove each time I hooked up a gooseneck. It appears that I will have to remove for most applications due to clearance issues, so less than ideal. Operates as intended and should bring many years of trouble free service.

Nice clean look. Most importantly didn't have to lower exhaust. centering the hitch in the bed was easy because of the template provided. Although install did take longer than what was noted, it was fairly simple. Would definitely purchase again.

For the price of the product, packaging was terrible, product arrived with paint missing from several large areas due to shipping damage. Box was barely intact when it arrived. Also was missing one of the large grade 8 4.25” long bolts. So after a trip to the hardware store to replace the missing bolt and buy some paint to fix the damaged finish, got it installed pretty easy.

Excellent underbody hitch system. Installation went well once the body was off. If your installing on a late model ford you may want to be sure you have new bed bolts available. Ford says they are not reusable for some reason but it did not matter in my case. Even though I put PB rust blaster on 2 days in advance the cage nuts broke the cage and spun. Ended up having to grind the tops off to remove the body and then using some heat to custom bend a box end wrench to get into the box frame so I was able to remove the (now) studs. This was on a 4 year old truck but New England winters at work here i’m sure. Once the body was off installation was a breeze. Fit is perfect.

Unfortunately I'm not very happy with the service. I ordered a item from your website and it premised delivered on one date and I received it 4 days after that.. I needed on the date it was promised. I called the company and basically I was told, sorry. You can pay for it to be sent back.. So now it just sits in garage, cause I found another one at a trailer store, cause I was in need of it. Also, the box it came in was all torn up and taped together.

The hitch worked out perfectly, The chain pucks are a little small for some chain hooks, there rating is fine but to safety hooks for the rating of the fifth wheel would not fit in the holes, so I was forced to use hooks with the less rating, put 20000 miles on the ball and it was fine.
