We don't currently have an installation video of any trailer wiring kits on a 2018 Acura TLX. With that being said, I recommend picking up the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118697 because it tees in behind your tail lights and draws power directly from the battery via a designated wire.

While we have not had a 2021 Acura TLX in our shop to provide you this measurement Joseph, I took some measurements of the Draw-Tite Sportframe Trailer Hitch Receiver # DT68GR which will help you to determine exactly where the hitch is going to sit. You will want to use the installation instructions linked near the bottom of this page to find the rear mounting holes on your frame.
