There are no custom mounting bracket kits for a 1973 Jeep Commando. The Installation Kit for Westin Diamondstep, Surestep and Surestep Deluxe XLT Bumpers item # 92230 would require modification but you could use them if your existing mounting brackets don't work.

Sounds like you have a blown third brake light fuse on your tow vehicle if you can get all of the other functions to work but not the brake lights. Check out the fuse box of the vehicle and replace that fuse and you should see the lights work like they should. view full answer...
