Speaker 1: Today we're taking a look at the Luma 3" LED Work Light. This LED off road light is great for work or play. It features a 60-Degree flood patterning, and it's an 8 watt light that produces 640 lumens. The light output is produced from two Cree LEDs chips to project a cool, white light of 6,000 Kelvin. It features a 30,000 hour life span, and it has integrated thermal management, which prevent overheating. Also features over and under voltage protection, which keeps the light bar operating at the correct voltage.The housing is a black powder coated aluminum.

It's very strong and durable, and it's fully corrosion resistant. It has a nice durable polycarbonate lens on it. It is scratch resistant, and virtually unbreakable.It does surface mount with a universal bracket. An included stainless steel hardware. It's a very low profile design.

The mounting bolt has a diameter of 5/16 of an inch. It uses a 14 millimeter, or 9/16 inch wrench or socket for your installation, to get everything tightened down. And the bolt measures around 1 inch long from the bottom of the bolt head to the end of the threats.Now, wiring is included. All the wires are protected by a nice thick casing, and it features the waterproof DT connector. So these two plugs connect together.

They snap lock together for a nice tight secure fit. Then here at the end, you have a two wire design. Black wires are ground, red wires are power wire.Once those are connected, the entire wiring harness measures around 36 inches long. This unit does feature an IP rating of IP68, so it has a water and dust tight casing that will stand up to any mud, dirt, snow, or even water that you might run through. It even remains water tight when submerged in water up to one meter deep.A few measurements to go over with real quick, and then we'll hook it up to power and you can see what it looks like.

I took a measurement from outer edge to outer edge going this direction, measured around 3 inches. Overall depth of just the housing, the very front to very back, was 2-3/8 of an inch. And the overall height, the very bottom with just the housing to the very top is about 1-7/8 of an inch tall. So it's a nice small compact design.We're going to go and hook it up to power, and you can see what it looks like with some power running to it. We'll also be able to turn off our overhead lights so you can see it in a low light setting.Now, it does send out a very bright strong signal. The operating voltage is 9V to 32V DC. So when it comes to the power draw, at 12 volts; we're looking at 0.37 amps or 4.44 watts. At 24 volts, 0.20 amps or 4.8 watts.That's going to do it for today's look at the Luma 3" LED Work Light.
