Most covers sit high on the bed and break up the truck’s lines. The Vanish soft roll-up tonneau sits only ½ inch above the bed, giving it a clean, streamlined look that blends almost flush with the bed caps. The aerodynamic design helps cut wind drag and can improve gas mileage by up to 10 percent when closed. It mounts inside the rails so you can still use stake-pocket accessories like tie-down anchors or racks.
When you need to haul large or tall gear, the cover rolls up in seconds. Just peel the sides off the hook-and-loop seals, release the latch, and roll it toward the cab. Two elastic straps with large hooks hold it securely behind the cab while you drive. Aluminum bows support the cover so it rolls smoothly, and because it stores neatly up front, you still have the full length of your bed open for hauling.
The double-coated, UV-blocking vinyl stays flexible down to -40°F, resists fading, and keeps its shape through heat, cold, and sun. A reinforced vinyl flap runs along the tailgate edge to help seal out rain, snow, and dirt. The black powder-coated aluminum rails and bows resist rust, so the cover keeps protecting your cargo season after season.
Closing the cover automatically engages the trigger latch, locking it in place with one hand. For extra security, two slide locks at the sides add another layer of protection. When the cover is down and the tailgate is locked, your bed stays secure and out of sight. You can still open and close the tailgate without removing the cover, and adding a tailgate lock makes the setup even more secure.
Loose covers can flap or gap when the temperature changes. The XT-Dial tension adjusters let you fine-tune the fit by hand—no tools needed. Just turn the dials evenly on each side to keep the vinyl tight and smooth. The design keeps the cover pulled snug across the bed for a clean appearance and reliable seal in any weather.

Hi, I'm Matt with etrailer. Today we're gonna be taking a close look at the Access Vanish Soft Roll-Up Tonneau Cover and all the things that stand out to me. So today we have this on a Canyon, but it's gonna work with a lot of other trucks out there. So leave a comment or snap a picture so we can see what your journey looks like. So the main things that stand out to me about this specific tonneau cover is just how well it works with other accessories and other types of racks on the back of your truck, its lightweight nature, and just how low profile it is. And we'll go into some of the other nitty gritty features about it.
So let's ask you see what this is gonna look like in action. So with this, we are gonna have a lever at the very front of it. With that lever, you also have some locks that you can move over and lock this into place. So that's the type of security it does have. It's a very simple design, but I do like it.
You will have one of these for each side. Just pull this towards you, feels pretty comfortable. You will have to pull on it a little bit though, and you can start rolling it. And this is what I mean about how it's working with other type of accessories back here. 'Cause we do have this rack, and it's taking up a majority of our bed rails.
And most tonneau covers out there are gonna sit on your bed rails and you're gonna need a lot of space. This one you really don't. It's only taken up about an eighth of an inch on those bed rails. So if you have anything like we have now, or you have a ladder rack out there that mounts to the bed rails themselves, this is gonna be probably the best option for you. And when it is fully rolled up, it really doesn't take up any space.
If I we inchesre to compare this to anything like a canister, you're typically gonna take up a little bit over a foot of your bed. And with a folding style, it's either gonna block your entire back windshield, or we're gonna take up a good decent amount of that bed space too. So that's something that does stand out about it, and you will have these hooks that'll just wrap around and make sure this isn't gonna go anywhere so it still has a nice, good look to it. Now if there's gonna be any part of this tonneau cover that takes up a decent amount of space, it's most likely gonna be these rails here. Depending on your vehicle, it might be a little bit different. But since this is gonna be supporting the tonneau cover itself, it's gonna take up a little bit of that bed space. Definitely keep that in mind if you have anything that is a little bit wider. Now also on these rails, we're gonna have this side over here. This is gonna be pretty common with any type of soft roll up tonneau cover. It's gonna our hook and loop loop over here. And that's what's gonna kind of lead to giving you that more clean look, because it can help pull this nice and tight. There's gonna be two other things to help keep this nice and tight, one of those is gonna be this knob here. You can just come over here and tighten it with your hands. So that's nice. It's not gonna require any tools. 'Cause with any type of soft roll-up tonneau cover, with time, it's gonna start to loosen up. With this, you're gonna retighten 'em down, make sure everything's nice and snug. And we are gonna have these beams too. That's gonna help keep things nice and tight. They're gonna be made of aluminum, so they're gonna be very lightweight, easy to handle. And there're gonna be a few of them. Because if there's a rain coming through, if I roll that just a little bit more, you can see a bit more right here. What this is gonna help do is help that rain run off and prevent it from just sitting on top of here, stretching out that vinyl. And speaking a little bit more about that vinyl, that's what I like about it is that it's lightweight. It's just easy to handle, especially when you're rolling up, and when you have to close it back down. And finally, when you're doing the installation of that, that's gonna be making a big difference. 'cause if you have something really heavy you're trying to put in here, it's just gonna be a long day. And speaking to that installation, this is what I like about it. It's gonna use clamps, so you won't have to do any permanent modification like drilling any holes. It's just gonna grab onto your bed rails. When it comes to other soft roll-up covers, I think another one that does compare to this is gonna be the etrailer Roll-Up Tonneau Cover. And what's nice about that is it's just gonna be a little more affordable, and it does a lot of the same things that this does. The one down, or the two downsides to the etrailer one though is if you have anything on your rails back here, it's not gonna be compatible. Like anything like this that is taking up a majority of that space, it's just not gonna fit. And this one is gonna be a little bit more low profile. So in my opinion, it looks a little bit nicer too. Unfortunately the tonneau cover that I received had already been installed on another truck. There were minor scratches but it appears that all the parts are still there. The product does appear to be well designed. It is not compatible with Ford factory installed tailgate cargo ramps due to clearance issues with the side rails and tailgate ramp mounting plate.
I installed by myself with no problems on my 2018 RAM 1500 . Has performed great with no problems. Great product !
The fit and look of this tonneau cover is fantastic. The finish of it matches the bed edge protectors on my 2020 Ford F350. I am very happy with this.
Great low profile tonneau cover. Last winter provided a couple of heavy, 20" snow storms which didn't hurt the cover at all. Only issue is washers were not supplied for the rail mounting clamps. When securing the clamps to the bed rails the clamps want to spin after the mounting bolt makes contact with the bed rails. Make it easier on yourself and have some washers on hand for install.
Price was right, and best fit and appearance I've seen! Bought it for my wife's truck, will be ordering one for my F150 in the next few days. Awestruck at your one year follow up. I buy lots of stuff on line, and it's the first time anybody took the trouble! Keep up the good work...hope if you ain't rich yet, you get rich!
This product & e-trailer performed far beyond my admittedly somewhat cynical expectations. The ordering and measurement process was thorough and concise, shipping was fast and complete. Installation instructions were clear and easy to follow. Everything fit, the cover looks great and protects my bed contents as I had hoped it would. I couldn't be happier!
This tonneau cover works well! It sits almost flush with the top of the bed. Maybe raised about an inch. You do lose a little bit of side space but it hasn't affected me.
Easy to install. Did take a little time to get everything aligned but overall very easy and instructions was easy to follow.
It’s a nice cover but I didn’t want to drill holes in my truck so I used the mounting hardware from my old cover which worked with the factory holes and fit perfectly for this cover
Cover was easy to install, and looks good. I wanted this rollup style cover so I could still use the pockets on top of the bed rail, and it's perfect!

Let me tell you with the kind of rack that I have I didn't think that I could find a tonneau cover that would give me the piece of mind of my belongings being secured in the bed of my truck but behold access vanish , not bad it fits with some modifications but I ain't complaining it fits and that's good enough for me.
Ford was late producing 2023 super dutys. It’s been difficult finding aftermarket products. Etrailer took the extra step to contact the company to verify which cover will fit my F-450. Great cover, easy to use and waterproof.
This cover is working good for me. Installation was easy. It pairs well with my Adarac. I like that the full bed is available when the cover is rolled up. No problems beside one of the clamps working loose during a day of driving on washboard roads. Even then the clamp held the rail onto the truck, it just allowed some vibration.
Had to contact the company within 90 days if velcro failure, they promptly sent some more and it failed the same way making my cover flap around when driving, after 9 months this thing is useless. Honestly it's laying outside leaning against the shed waiting for the day it gets hauled to the dump amd the metal geta recycled. I would not recommend this product for anyone. I tried to support American made.
Nice cover. Install was straight forward. The 2 piece rails for the 8' bed went together well. It took one day in the sun to relax the fabric enough to set the tension. Stays dry inside when it rains. Overall pleased with the cover. As far as shipping, etrailer.com handles business and gets it on the way quickly.

I have an Access rollup cover on my 2014 Silverado and I love it. I decided to put a cover on my 1983 Chevy truck and the Vanish cover was exactly what I was looking for. Very easy install. Took about an hour. The only thing I would recommend to anyone that gets one is to use a dab of WD40 on the lock slides.
