After reading instructions twice we installed lower seat for tailgate to 19 1/2 in. mark. Then installed right upright seal(see pic). After checking fit we installed left seal putting it on radius. Much better fitting seal.
Had to put seal(excess from upright) on tailgate near latch(zee pic) to try to fill gaps at top of tailgate.
Installed on 2018 Chevy silverado.

The 19.5 inch measurement mark is for making sure the seal that goes in the bed lip is in the correct spot, not the tailgate seal. The tailgate seal will start at the top of the bed and down toward the box floor and tuck under the l seal of the truck bed according to step 5 of the instructions.

Very disappointed, at first it worked great then the lower seal fell off and hanging within 8 months. I installed this per instructions on a brand new from the dealer truck with a tonue cover.

Purchased product to seal truck bed for trip to Alaska. Installed easily in about hour. Bed remained very clean after after 4 months and 11000 mi including Alaska Hwy, Top of World Hwy, Klondike Hwy, and Cassiar Hwy. Top protected by Lear 700 series tonneau. Excellent protection on dusty and muddy roads. Highly recommend.

The concept is OK, but I was disappointed that the rubber seal that mounted at the end of the floor of the bed next to the tailgate got pushed out of place when the tailgate was closed. I cleaned the surface with solvent so it would stick properly, but after a period of time the gasket just dangled between the bed end and the tailgate.

When closing, the bottom of the tailgate pushes the rubber seal sideways and peels it off the area where it was attached.

Otherwise, the kit pretty much works as advertised

I optimistically purchased this product. Unfortunately, the product has not worked in two areas. First, the tailgate seal failed in an area about 10" long. Second, the seal between the back of the bed nearest the cab failed in multiple areas. This is likely due to the factory bedliner in the vehicle. In spite of this, the product has not worked as described.

The foam inserts for dust control are working fine. We ended up using a sealant to better protect the inside of the truck bed.

It's difficult to get a good seal on the tailgate and as another reviewer mentioned the bottom tailgate seal does not stay in place well.

Installation was very simple. Good instructional manual with pictures. The most cool thing was the installation video that was on your site. It was very helpful. I would recommend this kit to keep your inside of box clean from dust and snow when using a tonneau cover.

They take a little time to install bu they definitely cut down on the dust that gets into your bed when you have a shell/tonneu cover on.

Works extremely well to help seal up all the holes in these beds, make sure all surfaces are clean before you stick the seals to them and they work great. I have this kit in 5 work trucks and my own personal truck with zero complaints

Compatibility of the Access TrailSeal on 2018 Chevy Silverado 1500 with OEM Spray-In Bed Liner
The Access TrailSeal Full Bed Protection # 834532001453 for your 2018 Silverado 1500 will require some prep for the correct seal. Due to the texture of the spray-in liner, you will need to clean up that area for the seal to properly adhere. Sanding down that texture for a clean connection is necessary for the rear tailgate seal especially. I recommend just marking the location so you can sand only what is needed to allow the appearance and function of the bed liner. When properly installed...

Installing Access TrailSeal Full Bed Protection on Truck Bed with Spray-In Bed Liner
Not every spray-in bed liner is created equal so it may be possible to create a sealed up bed on your truck using everything in the TrailSeal Kit # 834532001453 except the front seal, but this will really be dependent on how much the bed liner covers. If it were up to me I would use all the components in the kit to ensure full benefit. Now as for actually sanding down the needed areas for the seals my contact at Access recommends using 80-120 grit sand paper, which isn't overly aggressive...

While we do have a tailgate seal that will fit your 2026 Toyota Tacoma Sport with the 6 foot bed with the Access TrailSeal Tailgate Gasket- A Tight Tailgate Seal # 834532001583, there currently isn't a full seal kit (like the TrailSeal # 834532001453 for 2007 to 2019 Chevy and GMC trucks). The # 834532001583 measures 9-1/2' (long) x 1-1/8" (wide) x 5/8" (thick) and technically could be used at just the tailgate. I'm not sure it would do a great job in the corners of the bed...

The clamps that come with the TruXedo TruXport cover, # TX271101, are designed to fit different bed rails so on some trucks they will stick out further than on others.
