Perforated Leather Construction

The covers are constructed of perforated leather. This ventilated, breathable material doesn't conduct body heat so you'll stay cool on long road trips. The perforations prevent moisture build-up between the covers and seats so mold and mildew won't develop. Each cover has anti-bacterial and anti-odor coatings to help preserve their new and clean scent, and they are flame resistant.

The breathable leather also makes this the ideal seat cover to use with a Clazzio seat heater (SH-1 - sold separately).

Hand-Sewn, Double-Stitched Seams

All Clazzio covers are custom cut and hand sewn by professional machinists to ensure that they fit your vehicle's seats without flaw. The thread used for stitching the seams won't loosen, fray, or tear over time. It is, however, specially designed to break away in the event that the seat airbags deploy. And you can replace an individual cover so one set of Clazzio seat covers will last for the lifetime of your vehicle.

Memory Foam Cushioning

Each cover has a 1/2" memory foam pad in the center. This memory foam layer softens in reaction to your body heat to perfectly fit the contour of your hips and legs. This gives you an additional level of comfort that you didn't have with your original seats.

Built-In Map Pockets

Video Transcript for Clazzio Front and Rear Seat Cover Installation - 2005 GMC Sierra

Speaker 1: Today on our 2005 GMC Sierra crew cab, we're going to be installing the Clazzio custom leather seat covers in black. It's also available in beige, in light gray, and finally standard gray. The Clazzio leather seat covers are custom designed to fit your GMC Sierra. It tucks in nicely around your trim for that factory look. It offers full front and rear coverage and you don't lose your pockets. It even works with your seat belt and your cup holder armrests. They're great because you can take your old tattered seats and make them look brand new.

Here's what our factory seats look like without our Clazzio seat covers installed. You can see they're carpet, they're worn out, stained and dingy. There's even a few holes. Now that we've gone over the features, I'll go ahead and show you how to get it installed. We're going to start right here on the driver's side with the seat cushion. We'll need to locate the corresponding piece.

They're all numbered. So you can refer to that in your instructions. Start by turning it inside out. We're going to lay it directly on top of the seat. The rear flap here, let's go ahead and tuck it between our seats. We need to be able to access it from the back.

Now let's fold our corners around our seat. You can see how it's starting to take shape. Here on the buckle side, we need to take our black string. We need to push it down in front of the buckle to where it's going to come out underneath. Down through there just so we can access it from the bottom. Here on the door side, I'm going to take the black string.

I'm going to pull the seat cushion out of the way just a little bit and then I'll take it and push it down through. Again we just need to be able to access it from the back. Now we can take our included tool and we're going to tuck in all around our trim. You can use your hands and the tool if you'd like, whatever's easiest. Just slightly pulling out on the trim and then tucking in with my tool. Get it all nice and tucked in. For an even cleaner look, you can even take the panel loose with a Phillips head screwdriver, tuck it further down in, and put it back in place. Here behind our driver's seat, we can locate our black strings that we tucked in. Now it's all one string, so you need to be sure that when you pull it nice and tight that you're pulling them together. Otherwise you'll just pull it out all through one side. Just get it nice and snug. And then we want to tie a knot. Now for this portion, the trick is after your first knot. It's a good idea to get an extra set of hands and hold that tight for you, so you can tie your second knot. As you can see, it's nice and secure. That's what we want. With the string tied, now we can fix our hook and loop fastener. So here we're going to pull off that protective cover. We're going to pull on it nice and tight. Give it a good pull on both sides. We want to take our black string, we're going to bunch it up, tuck it underneath and we're going to fix it directly to the seat. Just like that. With our seat cushion done, now we need to move onto our backrest. So to do that, we'll need to take off our headrest. To remove our headrest, we've got two pin holes at the mounting locations. Now I'm just using a small Allen tool to push in, but you can use a paperclip or anything small enough to fit in the hole. Once you get one side up, you can just push in on the other side and it should come right out.Now in order to do our backrest, we'll need to disconnect the bottom portion of the seat belt. So what we can do, is we're going to pull off a portion of this trim, just like that. And we're going to disconnect that bolt. So we're going to take an 18 millimeter wrench or socket and take that completely off. With our seat belt disconnected, we can go ahead and grab our corresponding piece. We'll need to be sure that our armrest is in the up position like it is. Got our hook and loop disconnected on our Clazzio seat cover and our zipper up. Let's go ahead and pull it over our backrest. Just kind of get it in position and start pulling it down. Now as we're pulling it down, we'll locate our hole for the armrest. Just going to be sure and pull it down and have that come through. For the other side with the seat belt, go ahead and pull it down over top. Bring our seat belt up through and out the hole on our Clazzio cover. Then we can just continue pulling down our backrest cover. Now let's take our included tool and tuck it in around our headrest mounts. For our seat belt portion, let's go ahead and do the same thing. Now let's reconnect our seat belt. Want to be sure that we guide it back through the trim. We'll connect it back onto the bolt, start threading on that nut and then tighten it down. Then we can reconnect our trim. Now let's tuck in that hook and loop fastener between our seat. So we can access it from the back. Here on the back, let's go ahead and zip it up and pull through our hook and loop fastener. Want to make sure to pull on it nice and tight, that way when we connect it, it's going to give us that smooth look on the front. With everything pulled nice and tight, we can go ahead and connect our hook and loop. So we're just going to fold it underneath and push it up into place. Then we can kind of tuck everything away and give it that factory look. For the armrests, we'll pull it out slightly. Find the open end, we're just going to slip it on and pull it down. Be sure to pull all the way down first and then we'll go around the elbow at the bottom. You pretty much just want to alternate sides. One you get one side around the elbow started, you should be able to just pull the rest around the side, just like that. Now as far as the headrest, you'll want to be sure and match up the pattern, the short side versus the long side. The easiest way to put it on si to replace the headrest on the seat. So we'll make sure we have all of the tabs pulled out of the way. I'm just going to kind of start on one corner and pull it around to the other and push down. Now as you're pulling down, it helps to tuck the fabric underneath. And you want to be sure and alternate each side. Here we go. Make sure I straighten it up. Once we get it most of the way on, go ahead and take it all the way off. Pull it down the rest of the way.Now the way this connects is, we've got this channel here and then we've got this flat trim piece here. We need to roll the flat trim piece over like this. And then it's going to tuck in around our channel and give us that factory look like that. So basically you just want to push down and work your way down the other side. And then it's going to look just like this, perfect. Once it's in place, let's go ahead and replace our headrest. Push it all the way down and then we're all set. We can go ahead and repeat the same process for the passenger's side. With our front seats all done, let's go ahead and move onto the back. We'll start with the double seat first. The easiest way I found to do it was to tilt it upward til about this position. We'll set our seat cover in place. Making sure to get around the corners. Want to get around our anchors here. Just make sure it's nice and lined up just as the seat cushion is.Then we'll grab our black string and we're going to pull it up just to get it nice and snug. We're not going to tie it just yet though. We'll connect our hook and loop first. So I'm just going to pull off protective portion there, kind of pull on it and then fasten it to the under side of the seat here. We can repeat the same process with both corners. Just kind of tuck it in there, make sure it gets nice and tight. Here on this side, we'll want to make sure that our release goes through the hole. Now let's tie our string. We're going to do the same thing as we did before. Get our extra set of hands, pull it nice and tight and we'll tie that knot. As you can see, it's nice and secure. That's what we want. With everything nice and tight, this is the way it should look. Now let's move on to our backrest. For our backrest, we'll need to remove the headrest. It comes out just the same as the front. And we'll need to take off the trim piece for our seat belt. And that uses a Phillips head screwdriver. Okay so once we get that screw out, can just pop it up and then twist it.Now we're ready to slip on the backrest. The best way to do this is to hop inside. Want to make sure that your zipper's are undone. We're going to pull it towards us slightly and then just slip it over. Want to make sure to get the corners lined up. Get this all worked out here. Move the seat belt out of the way. Pull it down towards the back. Here on the side of our seat, we've got this little hole here on our cover. We'll need to put this hole piece through here. And feed it down through like this and tuck it in around. Just like that.Up top here, let's go ahead and locate our headrest anchors. These pop out just the same as before. You may or may not need to use the tool. Now let's replace our seat belt trim. So here we've got a bracket here and a bracket here we need to make sure to line that up with this portion here and this portion here. So we can roll it back upwards. Want to do is kind of push it in place until it's nice and tight here on the front. And then we can replace our screw. With the seat belt trim back in place, now let's zip it up. And we can just tuck it in around the back side here. Here on the door side, let's go ahead and connect our zipper here. Now we need to tuck our cover around our cup holders. Just go ahead and pull them out. And here's the trim that we need to tuck it behind. So again you can either use the tool or your hands. Just going to get around the corners, making it look nice and factory. Just work your way around. Once we get it all tucked in at the top, just go ahead and fold it back up in place and do the under side. Just keep working your way around. Underneath, we're just going to be tucking it in.For our hook and loop flap down here, we'll need to make sure that the anchors are visible. And this whole flap needs to go above our seat belts. Just make sure and pull it down. And we need to be able to access it and connect it to the hook and loop on the back side. So just kind of give it a good pull. When we fold the backrest down, we've got this factory trim here we can fold that out of the way. And here you can see our hook and loop. This is what we need to connect it to. So we're just going to give it a good tug, make sure that it's all the way around. Then we can just start connecting it. Just kind of work your way down and stretch a little bit at a time. It's the easiest way to do it. Perfect. Now let's check it out. Perfect. For our cup holder piece, it's pretty self explanatory how it goes on. Just slip it over the top and pull it down. Make sure to get those corners. We'll also want to be sure and get our pull strap out the top here. Can start tucking in around. All right just like that. Then we'll need to connect our hook and loop with the flap on the under side. So we'll fold it back up and we'll pull down our flap and we need to tuck it between. Can help just to pull it out a little so you can get your hand underneath there. We just need to be able to access it from the other side and connect it. Pull it up and connect it. Make sure it's nice and even. And any of the fabric that comes from underneath the cup holder, we can just tuck back in.With everything all tucked in and connected. We're all set, we can fold them up and fold our seat down. You may have to slightly pick up on the seat belts. And we're all set. Now our headrests go on just the same as our front two seats. Cool, with that being done, our rear single seat installs just about the same way. And with our last headrest in place. And that's going to complete our installation of the Clazzio custom leather seat covers on our 2005 GMC Sierra.
