Easy install on 2015 NV2500. No noticeable difference in unloaded ride quality. Van is level for towing my RV.

Directions not the best got very confused putting it on watched a lot of you tube videos they were not that good either. I did have problems with my nuts stripping on the foward u-bolts on both sides fwd of the axle. I did torque the nuts with a calibrated torque wrench. Not sure if it was caused by me or the poor directions. Reached out to the manufacturer he said never heard of that before and said he would send new hardware. I am out of state in a rv park will see what happens when I reinstall. Oh had to cut it off in a Safeway parking lot on my way to TX

Everything showed up as scheduled and the box was fully intact, all parts were accounted for. Now waiting for a good weather day to install.
Easy enough to install but the kit needs locknuts! Also a better example of how to adjust properly!
The only reason I gave the kit 4 stars is because Im a vistual person, the picture/ instructions for my spring mounting locations and where they acually mount up are different so I felt I was doing something wrong but finally got them mounted. The customer service I give (6) stars because the shipper damaged the box and parts fell out, called customer service had my missing parts in 2 days. 2023 GMC Denali 2500hd couldn't find an install video to use as a reference.
These spring are insufficient for my use. My fifth-wheel RV applies 2918lbs to the bed of my 2024 RAM 3500. Between the factory springs and the HE67QR kit, I'm left with about a 2" drop in bed height. During the day isn't a problem, but makes night towing a little dicey since the headlights are noticeable raised. The rubber insulators have lost a fair amount of resistance because of the squish applied while towing and can require the mounting nuts to be re-tightened after several uses to stop the shackles from rattling. These springs would probably be a better choice for loads at less than two thousand pounds.

What a great product! Unfortunately, even though the helper springs fit beautifully over the factory provided chassis leaf springs, the design of my Leisure Travel van has frame supports that prevent me from utilizing the helper spring set up. The clearances were too tight between the metal framing of my Leisure Travel van to her Mercedes 3500 cutaway chassis. All the other upgrades all went smoothly without any difficulty and the overall ride is so much I previously had. This is my third upgrade/Do it yourself Project from e-trailer and will not be my last, such a great company to work with.

The product is very well made and sturdy. The pro series was very easy to install. Overall I think it is going to work as I intended.
Still giving five stars, one thing that could improve are the instructions. Specifically torque specs. The table is helpful, but just spell it out in the instructions.
I needed to play with every nut so it wouldn’t cross thread. It took a few minutes on each nut
