Appears to be an excellent quality rack, the finish is great without any rough edges like some other brands. Packaging also was excellent, etrailer knows how to pack to prevent damage from "enthusiastic" delivery people.
I like how low profile the Inno looks and the flush end caps makes it look almost factory.
Finally etrailer has excellent customer service, their communication both in person and emails are top notch. Initially they answered all my questions (imagine talking to an actual human!!)
and they kept me informed from the time I ordered to delivery.
This is the 2nd rack I've ordered from etrailer for my 2nd vehicle.
Definitely a customer oriented company, I would not hesitate to buy any of their products.
