Today we're going to be taking a look at a K-Source replacement side mirror for the driver side of your vehicle. This product fits a 2003 to 2009 Kia Sorento LX, and a 2007 to 2009 Kia Sorento base model. The side-view mirror is a direct replacement for the driver side factory mirror on your vehicle. This is modeled after the manufacturer's original look and fit, it's going to feature power remote capability. That way, you can adjust the mirror face position with the factory power controls inside the vehicle. It's going to feature a heated mirror glass that's going to do a great job at clearing frost and ice, as well as reduce fogging. The glass is an OE-grade, flat glass, with first-surface plating, to reflect clear images.
It does feature a breakaway design so the mirror will fold when it's struck to help deter permanent breakage or damage. The housing is a durable plastic housing, with a nice black finish. This is an easy, no-drill installation. It's going to use the same footprint and mounting points as your factory mirror, and it's got the plug right here so the mirror plugs into the existing electrical wiring. The original equipment, or OE, number is 876013E70000.
Please note that the power remote capability and heated glass of the mirror will only work if your vehicle is already equipped with those functions. That's going to do it for today's look at the K-source replacement side mirror for the driver side.
