Hi, everybody. Andy here with etrailer. Let's take a quick look at this K-Source Replacement Driver Side Mirror. Now this mirror has been designed to replace the mirror on your 2009 to 2013 Lexus IS, the 250 or the 350, and that's excluding the luxury sport package. Also on your screen, I'm including the original equipment number if you're in need of that. Now, this side view mirror is the direct replacement for the driver side factory mirror.

So, this is going to look and fit just like your original one that came on your Lexus. This uses the same mounting points and footprint as the factory mirror. And this is going to plug right into the existing wiring, which means installation is straightforward. No drilling or modifications are gonna be needed. You see the hardware is also included with this.

Function-wise, this is going to keep all of the modern conveniences you expect. It works with your vehicle's factory power controls, so you're gonna be able to adjust the mirror from inside the cab. The glass is heated to help clear frost, ice, and fog, making it especially useful in those colder or damp conditions. This also includes an amber turn signal light built into the side of the mirror for added visibility. And the pedal lamp that's going to light up the ground below the mirror when you're getting in or out of your Lexus.

This mirror does use the OE grade flat glass with first surface plating. And so, that's going to reflect clear images. The front of the glass is plated with reflective chrome and the flat lens reflects the true representation of the object size. This is designed to fold in if it gets bumped, which is going to help prevent damage. The housing is made of durable black plastic and it can be painted to match the vehicle if desired, so this is gonna blend in seamlessly while still holding up to everyday use.

One final note I wanted to make. The power remote capability, the heated glass, the turn signal, and the puddle light of this mirror will only work if your Lexus already has that functionality. This does not add that functionality to your car, so you do have to have that already. Again, this is gonna be for the driver side, but maybe you're also looking for the passenger side.
