Hi there, I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today, we're gonna take a quick look at this K-Source Replacement Side View Mirror. This is gonna be a direct replacement for the passenger's side factory mirror on most of the Toyota Tundra packages from 2000 to 2006. So if you have a Tundra from within that year range, I would encourage you to come to etrailer.com, we've got a vehicle fit guide where you can select your year, make and model, as well as the package of your vehicle to ensure that the products are gonna work for you to make sure that this is gonna be the right fit. But this is modeled after the Tundra's original look and fit, so you really shouldn't be able to tell that it's a replacement mirror, should look like it came with your Tundra right from the factory. The footprint is gonna be exactly the same, so you're not gonna have to drill any new holes or anything like that to get it installed, so it is gonna be just as simple as removing your old mirror, putting this one in its place, tightening down those nuts, and you'll be ready to go.
It does have the manual mirror face adjustment, so you can get the correct angle for your line of sight just by pushing on the mirror there to get that lined up. It is made of the same quality OE-grade quality materials as the original. The front of the glass is plated with reflective chrome, so it's gonna give you a nice, clear image. It is a convex lens, so it's gonna provide a wide angle view to help reduce those blind spots like most passenger side mirrors. It does have the breakaway design, so if you we're to run into your side of your garage or a parking post or something like that, the mirror is gonna fold in on itself to help absorb some of that impact and to prevent damage.
But it is a nice durable plastic housing, so it will hold up well. You can see, it does have this nice black finish to it, so it is gonna do a good job of blending in with your Tundra, as well as allowing you that line of sight to make sure that you're being safe as you're going down the road, and then you'll see what's coming up behind you, or as you're backing up, when you're changing lanes, that sort of thing. So for those of you who need a little bit more reassurance that this is gonna work for you, this is going to replace the original equipment number that you see on the screen there, so if you're going through your owner's manual or when you removed your original mirror, if you see that number anywhere, you can trust this is gonna be exactly what you need. But this is just the passenger's side, we also have the driver's side available as well, so if you're needing both, you can find the driver's side using that part number that you see on the screen there. So that's gonna complete our look for today.

Really sturdy and heavy duty, had to move my tire for install but not relocate it on my 96 f250. Took me a little over an hour, had pre existing holes so I only had to drill two of them out.
I have previously bought these mirrors to replace my stock mirrors, only thing I noticed was only one hole lined up and the other had to be drilled out. And the hardware to bolt on I believe should be more chrome and a different style but otherwise that the mirrors are perfect and look amazing on the truck.
Love the mirrors, came with everything I needed to install and the main factor is that backing of the mirror is metal not plastic

The mirror is not an exact replacement. The mirror support is made of thinner aluminum, overall quality not ad good as the original. The overall size is smaller, so the mirror sits lower and closer than the original on my 1993 F150. However, the mounting bracket spacing is correct, so I didn’t have to drill holes in the truck door.

Excellent Packaging, Great fit on to a 2003 Toyota Tacoma extended cab. The OEM mirrors had no ability to collapse for fitting into narrow spaces or while parked, these bring that necessity to the truck along with almost 1/3 larger height (more mirror!). Total width seems to be the same from the OEM. One BIG note, these mirrors do not offer use of the interior manual adjustment arm as the OEMs do; so you'll have to adjust the mirror by physically manipulating the mirror surface. Still these are a good deal and function well once installed and adjusted. GOod luck finding a better option for a Gen 1 Tacoma!

Does not fit the factory holes on a 1993 f250 xl 4wd
It was a perfect fit for the discontinued Toyota part 87940-89147 for my 1994 Toyota pickup. It was very easy to install, maybe taking 30 minutes to take the old one off and install the new one. Thanks!
