This is a direct replacement for your 2005 through 2007 Nissan Murano's driver's side side mirror. It is modeled after the manufacturer's original look and fit, so there really isn't any reason anyone will realize that it's a replacement. It'll look like it just came out of the factory.It is compatible with the power remote functions of your Murano, so it's going to allow you to adjust the mirror position with the factory power controls inside the vehicle. And just like your factory mirror, it does have the memory function so your Murano's computer can recognize the preset mirror position.It is going to be very easy to install because the mounting points are the exact same as the factory mirror, and your mirror plugs into the existing electrical wiring.
It is an OE-grade mirror, so it's going to be the same quality as the original mirror that came with your vehicle. The front of the glass is plated with a reflective chrome to reflect the images clearly. The flat lens represents the true size of the objects behind you, so there's no distortion or anything like that.It does have a breakaway design so that the mirror will fold up to minimize the chance of it breaking, and it's made out of a durable plastic housing with a smooth black finish, although the finish can be repainted to match your Murano's color.And just for your peace of mind, this is a direct replacement for the driver's side mirror, specifically part number 96302CB820, so if you want to check your mirror to make sure that it's going to be the exact replacement. And again, the kit only comes with one driver's side mirror. It doesn't include both.
