Today we are going to be taking a look at Part Number KS62682G. This is a K-Source replacement side mirror. The product is going to fit a 2005 to 2010 Chevrolet Cobalt Coup and 2007 to 2009 Pontiac G5. The side view mirror is a direct replacement for the driver's side factory mirror on your vehicle. It is going to be modeled after the manufacturer's original look and fit. We are going to have power remote capabilities with the plug right here so that way, you can adjust the mirror face position with the factory power controls from within the vehicle.
We are going to have the OE grade flat glass with first surface plating so that is going to reflect clear images. It is going to be plated with a reflective chrome and the flat lens reflects true representation of the object size. This does have a break-away design so if it gets hit from the front of the mirror, it will break away and go in that direction or if it gets hit from the back of the mirror, it will fold away in towards the vehicle as well. That is going to allow the mirror to fold when it is struck to help prevent permanent damage or permanent breakage. We are going to have the durable plastic housing with a nice black finish. It's an easy, no drill installation. It is going to use the same mounting footprint and mounting points as a factory mirror and it's going to come with the appropriate hardware to get it mounted.
Then the mirror is design to plug into the existing electrical wiring. Now the original equipment or OE number is 19120749. With this part number, you are going to get one driver's side mirror. Please keep in mind that the power remote capability of this mirror will work only if your vehicle already has that function. That is going to do it for today's look at Part Number KS62682G..

The mirror chrome is very nice. Have not installed on the car as of yet.
Had to replace a damaged side mirror on my son's Prius. Price was right, George even sent me an email with a "how to install" video. Toyota wanted over $300 to do this! Literally took me less than 45 minutes! Eventually will find spray touch up paint and make it match the car, but the gloss black finish is excellent as it is. Great buying experience.
