Today we're going to be taking a look at the K-Source Replacement Side Mirror for the passenger side of your vehicle. This product fits certain years and models of the Chevrolet Avalanche, Cadillac Escalade, Chevrolet Suburban, Chevrolet Tahoe, GMC Yukon and Yukon XL, GMC Sierra, and Chevrolet Silverado. You can use the Vehicle Fit Guide located at etrailer.com to see if this is a fit for your particular and specific year, make, and model. The side view mirror is going to be a direct replacement for the passenger side factory mirror on your vehicle. This is modeled after the manufacturer's original look and fit. It's got power remote capability, that way you can adjust the mirror face position using the factory power controls from within the vehicle.
It's also going to feature heated mirror glass. That's going to do a great job at clearing frost and ice and reducing fogging. When it comes to the mirror, it's going to be a OE grade convex glass with first-surface plating. The front of the glass is plated with a reflective chrome and then the convex lens provides a wide-angle view that's really going to help reduce blind spots. It does feature a breakaway design so if it's struck from the front or the back it will fold in or fold away to help deter breakage. Most of the construction is going to be a durable black plastic.
This piece right here is a plastic construction with a chrome finish. When it comes to the installation, it's an easy, no-drill install. It's going to use the same footprint and mounting points as the factory mirror. You get the 3 studs and it's going to come with 3 nuts, 1 per stud. The mirror simply plugs into the existing electrical wire on the vehicle. The OE, or original equipment number, is 25776088.
This part is going to come with 1 passenger side mirror. A couple notes to keep in mind, the first one being that the power remote capability and heated glass of the mirror will work only if your vehicle's already equipped with those functions. This mirror does not support the memory or power-folding functions. It does not have a puddle lamp. The passenger side view mirror for my 2002 Kia Sedona mini van arrived in perfect condition a day earlier than expected. I was concerned I could find a mirror for a vehicle 18 years old. The mirror matched the original mirror and took less than 10 minutes to install. The website was easy to follow, described the product in detail and simplified ordering.
I can't say enough how great etrailer is for ordering parts. I have made three orders having to send one back because it didn't fit, but the other two fit well.

The product was as advertised but I was more impressed with the service from etrailer.com. The supplier was a bit slow but the folks at etrailer.com kept me in the loop the entire way. It was very much appreciated as my wife was very anxious about not having the side mirror. The mirror fit and worked on the first try. Just one word of caution, there are no installation instructions with the mirror so you need to be comfortable taking a door panel off and doing the install. Kudos to Megan and the other staff that were so helpful!
My only issue is that I asked for the passenger side view mirror, for my 2012 Subaru Forrester. My vehicle, the side view mirrors also have lights on both, so oncoming drivers can get an additional signal, letting them know which way I am turning. The mirror sent does not have that. So now One mirror has it, and the other side does not. Great

My passenger side truck mirror did not stand a chance after getting too close to a tree while backing up. The replacement mirror from etrailer looks and works as great as the original.

Approximately a 25 minute installation. Great product. Arrived in less than 5 days after ordering. Pretty much a plug and play application. I need to get another push plug, because the ears on one of the inner door mounts broke, while removing it. That stuff happens. Great purchase experience. Highly recommend.
